I don't understand why east and west are backwards on the display, (I'm referring to the outer triangle shaped pointer that points to the fixed compass marks, (degrees), on the bezel), the watch is properly calibrated when I turn to the east the watch displays E at 90 degrees but the pointer on the display points to the west, when I turn to the west the outer pointer points to the east while the display shows west at 270 degrees, north and south the pointer is correct, its as though east and west are backwards.

I am using epoxy now, but it drys grey even though it say it will dry black. Any idea. I need it get harder as rock like the epoxy I am using but hard to apply.
